MommyCon NYC 2019

MommyCon NYC will take place on April 6, 2019. MommyCon is a nationwide convention series dedicated to creating and nurturing a community of parents and parents-to-be in celebration of natural parenting. MommyCon takes a gentle and positive approach to educating parents about the emotional and physical benefits of natural birthing, breastfeeding and babywearing. We advocate values of holistic health, eco-friendly diapering, child safety standards and procedures, and female self-care and wellness. Our mission is to create a community of support, acceptance and non-judgment for parents journeying through parenthood.

Ticket Options

VIP Admission: VIP admission is the best of MommyCon. This ticket provides the ultimate MommyCon experience! This ticket includes two-day admission (Friday and Saturday) and will give you access to all sessions (including some special VIP only sessions on Friday), event elements, and the exhibitor hall on Saturday. All VIP attendees will receive an upgraded VIP gift bag. Price: $150.00

Premium Admission – Baby: Premium admission includes single day admission and will give you access to sessions, event elements, and exhibitor hall. Premium admission attendees will receive a premium admission gift bag perfect for those who are expecting or with children up to 18 months of age. Price: $50.00.

Premium Admission – Toddler: Premium admission includes single day admission and will give you access to sessions, event elements, and exhibitor hall. Premium admission attendees will receive a premium admission gift bag perfect for those with children age 18 months or older. Price: $50.00.

General Admission: General admission includes single day admission and will give you access to that sessions, event elements, and exhibitor hall. This ticket does not include a gift bag. Price: $25.00

Child Admission: This ticket is for children 16 and under and helps us identify how many children will be attending the event. Price: FREE

Our hotel block is at the Grand Hyatt New York. To make your reservation call 212-883-1234 and ask for the MommyCon rate. The block always sells out, so we recommend booking your room as soon as possible. Our group is exempt from the $25 destination fee.

Parking at the Grand Hyatt

The Hotel has on premise valet parking 24 hours daily through Standard Parking. Valet parking is available from both the 42nd street and Mezzanine entrance; all car retrievals are located on the Mezzanine Level.

The current rate is $60.00 for up to 6 hours and $70.00 for overnight. There is an additional $10.00 charge for SUVs. There are no in and out privileges and hotel parking is via valet only.  Customers will be charged additional fees for each entrance and departure.  For more details, please call Imperial Parking directly at (212)883-1234 extension 53.

The garage is located a few blocks from the hotel.  *We recommend calling 20 minutes in advance (ext. 53) to desired pick up time. It will accommodate regular size vans.  Larger vehicles will need to make other parking arrangements.

Food Options:

The hotel will have food options available. Additionally, New York City is full of fantastic food options just steps from the hotel. Attendees are also welcome to bring their own food and snacks.

Registration, Gift Bags, and Giveaways.

Show us your ticket on your phone, or as a print out, and we will get you your badge at registration. You can come and go as you please once you have your attendee badge. These badges have space on the front to write in your name and a little bit of info about yourself. We’ve found this is a great way to break the ice and meet other attendees. If you have a ticket type that includes a gift bag, you will be given a wrist band that you will then trade in when you pick up your bag. And let’s not forget the giveaways! Make sure to check the back of your attendee badge. If it says “You’re a Winner!” head back to registration later in the day to claim your prize.

Who should attend:

New and expectant parents and those that have toddlers. Our sessions focus on the first five years of a child’s life and advice for parents of every stage.

Stroller Policy:

Strollers are welcome at the event. However, we will ask for strollers to be folded if crowding becomes an issue.


ASL Interpretation Services:

If you are in need of ASL interpretation services or any other accessibility accommodations, please email with your ticket information 60 days prior to the event so we can discuss details with you.

Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred at any time by emailing your e-ticket to the new attendee.
