Join thousands of families who have attended MommyCon for a weekend of fun for new and expectant parents. We bridge education and learning with an interactive exhibitor hall, countless sessions and a hands-on approach to testing new products. You will meet leading experts who focus on subjects specific to parenting. Meet with one of our resident educators to try on baby carriers in-person.

Who needs a ticket?

All adults need to buy a ticket. Children 16 and under are FREE, but require a Child Admission ticket. As an adult, select from one of the following options.

VIP Admission: VIP admission is the best of MommyCon. This ticket provides the ultimate MommyCon experience! This ticket includes two-day admission (Friday and Saturday) and will give you access to all sessions (including a very special VIP only session on Friday), event elements, and the exhibitor hall on Saturday. All VIP attendees will receive an upgraded VIP gift bag. Price: $150.00

Premium Admission – Baby: Premium admission includes single day admission and will give you access to sessions, event elements, and exhibitor hall. Premium admission attendees will receive a premium admission gift bag perfect for those who are expecting or with children up to 18 months of age. Price: $50.00.

Premium Admission – Toddler: Premium admission includes single day admission and will give you access to sessions, event elements, and exhibitor hall. Premium admission attendees will receive a premium admission gift bag perfect for those with children age 18 months or older. Price: $50.00.

General Admission: General admission includes single day admission and will give you access to that sessions, event elements, and exhibitor hall. This ticket does not include a gift bag. Price: $25.00

With a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood and Special Education, she has spent over 17 years working directly with children of all abilities and backgrounds in NYC classrooms. She combines her research-driven expertise and experiential hands-on results with the belief that every child has an individual path to greatness. Monica’s expert guidance has been featured in online publications including Kid Made Modern, Spark Box Toys, Peaceable Kingdom, Lifetime Moms and Essence, as well as on the TV news program Low Country Live. She's also partnered with Crayola, featuring their sidewalk chalk as part of PlayDay, her signature hands-on event. She is currently an ACE certified personal trainer with a specialization in pre + postnatal fitness and the CEO of SugarySixpack, LLC. She has represented various products and companies such as Adidas, Carrie Underwood’s Calia, BodyRock.tv and has been featured in publications such as Cosmo, Health and Self.com. She has traveled internationally to lead workouts with various fitness retreats and been a Run Lead for Wanderlust Festivals as well. Niki is now a Mom, she gave birth to Noah Robert in June 2018 which has furthered her interest in helping women stay strong throughout pregnancy and postpartum. Her goal is to inspire others to live a life full of 'health, fitness and positivity'.

This session will talk about how to effectively heal following the loss of a baby. One in four women have suffered the loss an angel, and we all deserve to heal from that loss. We will discuss how to have happy and healthy lives following the loss of an angel.

Tiara Nicole is a survivor of depression, suicide, miscarriage, low self-esteem, and “daddy issues” but has dedicated her life to motivate others to overcome the same. Through books, video blogs, development coaching programs, workshops, and motivational speaking she is consistently working towards positively impacting the lives of others. Her mission is to remain committed to serving others through her personal testimony and she believes that if her pain can benefit even just one person, it was worth suffering through. She inspires others to consistently work towards self-development and find the freedom in the most authentic version of themselves. In 2014, she gathered the inspiration to begin her first book with the intent to share her story with transparency and openness in order to inspire hope in others dealing with the difficulties most in their 20s face. In 2016 she began her weekly video blogs #MotivationalMonday discussing many taboo topics such as suicide, financial freedom, miscarriages, and chasing your dreams. Since then, Nicole’s Network has grown beyond her wildest imagination! Tiara Nicole is a published author of 23…And Finally Loving Me which depicts the struggles of depression, suicide, low self-esteem, “daddy issues” and the challenges of transitioning into adulthood. She has also published When Life Gives You Lemons… which shares the struggles of grief, loss, and miscarriage of her twin sons yet finding the strength to find good amidst the heartache. Through both novels and motivational speaking, it is her goal to ensure that her struggles can help someone get through their struggles.

In this session, Lindsey Millwood of Cloth 4 Carolina will cover the five main reasons people choose to use cloth diapers and will discuss the options for diaper styles and care.

Lindsay is the founder of Cloth 4 Carolina, a non-profit out of Columbia, SC. that exists to place cloth diapers in the hands of families that might otherwise struggle to provide diapers for their children. Lindsay discovered cloth diapers when her second child was just a few months old and struggling with constant rash. She quickly fell in love with how easy they were to care for and the fact that her daughter's rash finally went away. After moving to the Columbia area, Lindsay started Cloth 4 Carolina because she saw how cloth diapering had changed their financial situation and empowered her as a mom. In addition to running Cloth 4 Carolina, Lindsay is the mom of 4, a birth doula and studying midwifery. Her goal is to empower women to become who they were called to be.

As an active CPS Technician (2002-Present) and Instructor (2004-Present), Sarah is the Britax Americas safety spokesperson within the advocacy community participating in child passenger safety activities at a local, state and national level. Sarah is currently active with the Safe Kids South Carolina, Safe Kids York County (SC), Safe Kids North Carolina, and Charlotte Mecklenburg (NC) coalitions. She has also held leadership positions as a member of the National Child Passenger Safety Board representing the At Large population and the Manufacturers Alliance for Child Passenger Safety. Sarah is an internationally recognized child passenger safety advocate and is deeply embedded in the study and advancement of child passenger safety. She is highly involved in public outreach programs, practical automobile safety training & research and child passenger technician training.

Check your skepticism at the door for this workshop on switching to reusable fem-care by self-proclaimed #vagangelist Kim Rosas. Whether you are cup or cloth curious you will find answers to your most TMI questions about what it’s really like to go green on your period. Kim will be giving a live demo of a menstrual cup insertion and removal using “Virginia,” a clear vagina-like tube. For cloth curious mamas she’ll go over the basics so you’ll be prepared to make the switch. There will be a Q+A at the end. Bring a good sense of humor plus an open mind and you may just become a #vagangelist too!

Food Options

There are many restaurants nearby and a Starbucks on-site. Attendees are also welcome to bring their own food and snacks.

Registration

Show us your ticket on your phone, or as a print out, and we will get you your badge at registration. You can come and go as you please once you have your attendee badge. These badges have space on the front to write in your name and a little bit of info about yourself. We’ve found this is a great way to break the ice and meet other attendees.

Gift Bags

If you have a ticket type that includes a gift bag, you will be given a wrist band that you will then trade in when you pick up your bag.

Who should attend

New and expectant parents and those that have toddlers. Our sessions focus on the first five years of a child’s life and advice for parents of every stage.

Stroller Policy

Strollers are welcome at the event. However, we will ask for strollers to be folded if crowding becomes an issue.
